As we all know, natural stone is porous and has strong water absorption, which can easily cause stone disease. In order to avoid stone disease, stone needs to be waterproofed. So how to waterproof stone?
1. Clean the surface of the natural stone. If there is oil or other stains, it needs to be cleaned with a professional stone cleaner and then dried naturally;
2. Apply the stone waterproofing agent crosswise on the surface of the stone. After brushing, the surface of the stone maintains a certain concentration for the substrate to absorb;
Note: If it is an outdoor floor, you need to choose an organic fluorine stone waterproofing agent with good weather resistance. If it is an indoor floor, you can choose an odorless water-based stone waterproofing agent. For bathroom floors or kitchen floors that are in contact with water more, you also need to choose an organic fluorine waterproofing agent with good permeability.
3. Dry naturally. Waterproof natural stone must not be exposed to water and other pollutants within 24 hours.

◆The humidity of the construction environment should be 40-80%, and the ambient temperature should be 5-35℃
◆Contacting or cleaning any chemical may affect its effective life
◆The bottle cap must be locked when not in use. Exposure to the air may affect the use effect
◆It is recommended to do a small sample test before use
◆Avoid contact with skin and clothing during use. If contacted, please rinse with tap water as soon as possible
◆It is flammable, please stay away from fire and electric sparks. Generally, six sides of natural stone must be waterproofed before installation, and surface waterproofing should be done after installation. Unprotected stone is prone to various water spots, white flowers, alkali back, rust spots and other lesions, which not only affect the beauty of the stone, but also make cleaning troublesome, so waterproofing is essential.
