1. Construction conditions
(1) Smooth traffic on site, and easy access to construction machinery and tools.
(2) Complete construction machinery and tools.
(3) Adequate water and electricity supply.
2. Construction preparation
(1) Tool preparation: wheelbarrow, shovel, ruler, iron trowel, wooden trowel, ink fountain, steel tape measure, nylon wire, vibrator, large ruler.
(2) Machinery preparation: excavator, forklift, bulldozer.
(3) Material preparation: graded crushed stone with a particle size of 19mm-31.5mm, commercial concrete as required by the design, and steel mold.
3. Construction process
(1) Measurement and layout, elevation: Conduct on-site measurement and layout according to design requirements to determine the elevation of the construction area and area.
(2) Site leveling: Level the site according to the construction area and its elevation. If excavation is required, excavate to the elevation; if backfilling is required, backfill to the elevation and compact to a density coefficient higher than the design requirements.
(3) Crushed stone cushion: Lay the crushed stone cushion according to the design requirements, generally 10cm thick or 15cm thick, and the graded crushed stone is 19mm~31.5mm. Roll and compact after laying.
(4) Secondary layout and elevation measurement: Measure the elevation according to the design requirements, make elevation control piles, and draw elevation control lines.
(5) Formwork: Support the formwork according to the construction area and elevation of the previous layout and fix it firmly.
(6) Concrete pouring: Pour commercial concrete, vibrate it evenly with a vibrator, and level it according to the design requirements.
(7) Cutting expansion joints: After the concrete is initially set, start cutting expansion joints as required. Generally, one expansion joint is set every 5×5m. Filling materials can be used to fill if necessary.
(8) Concrete curing: poured concrete should be covered and watered within 12 hours. Covering materials can be straw rolls, blankets, etc. The general curing time is not less than seven days and seven nights.
