When we use a wire saw for cutting, we need to pay attention to these six points. Let’s take a look:
1. Fix the wire saw machine and guide wheel
Fix the main tripod and auxiliary tripod of the wire saw. The guide wheel must be installed stably, and the wheel edge must be aligned with the center line of the wire hole to ensure the effective cutting speed of the cutting surface and strictly implement the installation accuracy requirements.
2. Install the wire
According to the determined cutting form, wrap the wire saw around the driving wheel and the auxiliary wheel in a certain order. Note that the direction of the wire should be consistent with the transmission direction of the driving wheel.
3. Related operating system connection and safety protection technical measures
According to the on-site conditions, the connection of related water, electricity, mechanical equipment and other pipelines should be correct and standardized, relatively concentrated, and the wiring and placement should be strictly in accordance with the safety operating procedures to prevent the machine, people, auxiliary equipment, and materials from being placed randomly, causing potential accidents. During the wire cutting process, the direction of wire movement must be protected by safety protection devices, and safety signs should be set up in certain areas to remind pedestrians not to enter the construction area.
4. Cutting
Start the motor, adjust the lifting tension of the driving wheel through the control panel, ensure that the diamond wire is pwirerly tensioned, supply circulating cooling water, and then start another motor to drive the driving wheel to drive the diamond wire to rotate and cut. During the cutting process, the stability of the machine base must be closely observed, and the offset of the guide wheel must be adjusted at any time to ensure that the cutting wire is in the same plane.
5. Selection of cutting parameters
During the cutting process, adjust the cutting parameters through the operation control panel to ensure that the running speed of the diamond wire is about 20m/s. On the other hand, sufficient flushing fluid should be ensured during the cutting process to ensure the cooling of the diamond wire and take away the powder generated by grinding. The cutting operation should be stable in speed, parameters and equipment.
6. Issues to be noted during the cutting process
If the wire is stuck or broken, appropriate measures should be taken to solve it. Safety protection measures must be strict and tight, otherwise the diamond beads on the broken diamond wire saw will fly out like bullets and injure people. Therefore, in addition to taking necessary protective measures, unrelated personnel are strictly prohibited from observing on site.
