1. Observe the exposed emery on the cutter head and observe its concentration and distribution
A good diamond blade, the content of emery will not be too little, but it should not be too much, and it should be evenly dispersed.
2. Observe whether the weld is complete and tidy
If the welding seam is not continuous and the edge of the cutter head is not vertically aligned with the base sink, it will affect chip removal and heat dissipation, and may cause the cutter head to fall off.
3.Put the saw blade in your hand and observe whether the diamond bit and the base are aligned on the horizontal plane
If the cutter head is uneven and the canine teeth are staggered, it is likely to cause the plate to collapse during use, and even the cutter head may fall off.
4. Compare the thickness of the cutter head and the thickness of the substrate
Take a 350mm granite saw blade as an example. Under normal circumstances, the blade is about 1mm thicker than the base. The 350mm marble saw blade will be about 0.2mm-0.5mm thicker than the base. The reason for this design is to avoid damage to the base and the saw blade. Service life.
5. There will be a contradictory relationship between the sharpness and wear resistance of the saw blade.
Our suggestion is that when the life of the saw blade reaches the expected target and the sharpness is moderate, do not ask for an increase in the life.
Because the external environment, such as the cutting machine, the operation of the worker, the hardness of the stone, etc., will change at any time, and once the external environment changes, the original wear-resistant saw blade may not work.
